Introduction and Definitions

The use of the present website (the “Website”) and any associated or linked services (collectively, the “Service”) is governed by these terms and conditions and the documents mentioned below (the “Terms”). These Terms create a legally binding agreement between you, our client (the “Customer”), and us and include significant information about your rights and duties regarding the use of the Website. Therefore, you should carefully read them.

You agree to be governed by these Terms and any updates that may be published from time to time by using this Website and/or the Service, regardless of whether you are a visitor or a registered user with an account (“Account”). You should avoid using the Website and the Service if you do not agree to these Terms. General Provisions

We advise you to visit this page regularly cause the Terms and Conditions are updated from time to time.   • Complete contract. These Terms replace all previous agreements and communications, whether written or verbal, pertaining to the subject matter hereof and represent the whole agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Service.
  • Gender. Words that import the singular number will also include the plural, and vice versa; individuals, partnerships, associations, trusts, unincorporated organizations, and corporations are examples of words that import the masculine gender, and vice versa.
  • Language. If there are any differences between the English and other language versions of these regulations, the English version shall be considered to be the correct one.
  • The Overarching Law. The laws that apply in Curaçao alone will control these terms.

Registration

In order to access the Service, you will be asked to fill in the registration form, agree to these Terms, and may be asked to submit verification of your residency (such as a bill from a utility company) and identification (such as a passport, driving license, or identification card) so that we can verify your identity. In accordance with law, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending such verification. We are entitled to refuse any registration at our discretion without providing any specific reason.

You must update your contact details and enter a valid email address (“Registered Email Address”). You are liable for maintaining your account information and email secure. We may suspend your account and pursue legal action if you supply false information. Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts will be closed forthwith. To verify your identity and financial situation, we can ask for more personal information, including from third parties.

Don’t share your account password with anyone. You are liable for all use of your account, and you must notify us immediately if you suspect your password or account has been accessed. Don’t use screen capture or any other similar means to provide content or information regarding the Service to other users. Although the available currencies may be limited by some payment methods, a conversion tool will be provided. In order to meet legal requirements, we could ask for more documents after registration.

Your Obligations as a Customer

As a user, you have several obligations. By visiting the Website and using the Service, you confirm that:

  • You are an adult of over 18 years of age.

Account Rules

To successfully keep a personal account on the platform, follow several rules:

  • Remember that the purpose of betting and gambling should be amusement only.
  • Your account cannot be pledged, sold, or transferred to another person. This covers all of your account’s resources, including winnings, deposits, and rights.
  • You will owe us the overdrawn amount if your account becomes overdrawn.
  • If you see any mistakes with your account, you have to let us know right away.
  • Your account can handle more than one currency, and all balances and transactions will show up in the currency that was used.
  • Amounts that are inadvertently credited to your account are still our property. As soon as we discover the problem, we will let you know and take the money back.
  • Without warning, we retain the right to suspend or terminate any account and repay any money. Any contractual duties that are past due will still be fulfilled.
  • To terminate your account, write Customer Support an email using the email address you registered.
  • If we think you are not abiding by these terms, or to protect the integrity of the service, we may suspend or terminate your account.

Restricted Use

It’s prohibited for you to use the Service and engage with the platform if you are under a legal age of 18, located in an area, which prohibits to access betting or gambling sites, or live in excluded areas (Austria, Australia, Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, France, and other jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by the Curaçaoan Central Government. It’s prohibited to use the platform to conduct any type of illegal activities, as well as buy, sell, or transfer player accounts. Account termination and legal action may follow unauthorized usage. Employees and associates of the company are not permitted to play for real money without prior authorization. Account termination and the loss of bonuses and prizes result from violations.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if it has not been used, logged out, or logged in for a continuous period of 12 months or more. This includes not using the service in any way or placing any bets. Learn some rules about inactive accounts:

  • We shall impose an inactive account fee of €5 (or the equivalent in your currency) each month if your account has been inactive for 12 months or more and you have a positive balance. Only balance-bearing accounts will be subject to this charge.
  • Beginning in the eleventh month of inactivity, we will send you a notification so you may log in and take out any money before we begin to charge the fee.
  • Each month, the fee will be deducted from the amount in your account. The charge will be deducted from the remaining amount in the account if it is less than €5 (or its equivalent). Only the inactive period after the first 12-month term will be subject to this price.

Underage Gaming

We do everything possible to prevent underage gambling on our site. If we have reason to believe you are under 18 (or below the legal age in your jurisdiction), your account will be suspended to prevent access to our Service while we investigate. This includes determining whether you have been betting on behalf of a minor or acting as an agent for them.

    • All winnings credited to your account, now or in the future, will be withheld.

    • At our sole discretion, non-winning deposits may either be refunded or held until you reach the legal age. Transaction fees, including deposit costs covered by us, may be deducted.

This also applies if you are over 18 but gambling in a jurisdiction where the legal betting age is higher, and you are below that threshold.
If we suspect a violation, we reserve the right to take necessary actions, including notifying law enforcement.

Prohibited Behavior

It is strictly forbidden to upload any material to the Service or engage in any activity related to the Service that is in any way illegal, inappropriate, or offensive (so-called “Prohibited Behavior”) for your own safety and for the safety of all our clients. Your Account and/or your access to or use of the Service will be terminated immediately with or without notice if you are engaged in Prohibited Behavior or if we believe, in our sole discretion, that you are engaged in Prohibited Behavior. In addition to termination of your Account, for engaging in Prohibited Behavior, you could be prosecuted by us, another customer, law enforcement, or other third parties. Prohibited Behavior includes:

  • Distribution of false, misleading, or illegal content is one form of prohibited behavior;
  • Engaging in illegal behavior, such as spreading viruses, soliciting crime, or invading privacy;
  • Sending violent, hate, obscene, abusive, or libelous messages;
  • Sharing information violating third parties’ intellectual property rights;
  • Spreading viruses or malware that interfere with other computers or the service;
  • Using software such as cheats or modifications, or interfere with, intercept, or reverse-engineer the service;
  • Engaging in illegal activities or conducting that frauds other individuals;
  • Sending junk mail, chain letters, or unsolicited marketing;
  • Making phony accounts, impersonating an individual, or doing other acts that are the opposite of what our company upholds.

Payments, Fees, and AML Procedures

To successfully deposit and withdraw money on the platform, follow the guidelines for transactions. Note that deposits and withdrawals may be subject to fees and charges, which are detailed on the website.

Deposits

You must use a credit card, payment method, or account that is registered in your name to make all deposits. You promise not to contest or reverse deposits and to pay any fees that are owed. Any unpaid deposits and associated costs will be reimbursed in the case of a chargeback. Any profits made with chargeback money will be lost. There is no deposit insurance scheme in place to protect your player account, which is not a bank account. Interest is not paid on money kept in the account.

If you wager your deposit at least once, there are no withdrawal costs; if not, we may impose an 8% fee (minimum €4 or equivalent) in order to stop money laundering.

Before processing withdrawals, we could ask for a picture ID, proof of residence, or further verification (such as a selfie or verification call). Although we could permit withdrawals to a different method pending security checks, withdrawals must be done to the original payment method used for your deposit. Transactions and Processes

We make everything possible to combat fraud and money laundering. All sums owing to us must be paid in full by you, and you are not permitted to reverse or contest payments. For chargebacks, rejections, or reversals, we could impose an administrative fee of €50. Betting Rules

To have an enjoyable betting experience with our platform, review the following rules:

  • The winner is established once the event is concluded, and we do not accept disputed or overturned verdicts for betting reasons.
  • After 72 hours, the results are definitive; no further queries will be handled. Errors limit the ability to correct results to 72 hours.
  • If a match’s outcome is reversed by the governing body during the payment period, all wagers will be returned.
  • In a draw with a draw option, all bets for team victories or losses are forfeited. Without a draw option, everyone receives a refund in the event of a draw. If there is no draw option available, the extra time counts.
  • If the outcome cannot be confirmed (for example, because to an interruption in the broadcast), we may deem the wager void and return it.
  • We establish the minimum and maximum wagers, which may vary without prior notice, including limitations on individual accounts.
  • Customers are responsible for their own transactions, which are final and cannot be reversed. We do not accept missing or duplicate wagers.
  • A matchup is acceptable if the teams are proper, regardless of the league displayed on our website.
  • eSport match start timings are approximate. If a match is postponed for longer than 72 hours, bets are reimbursed (exceptions apply to tournament results).
  • Wagers on events having inaccurate dates shall be based on the date established by the regulating body.
  • If a team utilizes stand-ins, the outcome is acceptable because it was their decision.
  • We have the right to delete events, marketplaces, or items from our website.
