Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy of Baji
We handle your personal and financial information according to our strict KYC Policy that helps us maintain the highest level of security for our customers. This Policy also affects your ability to conduct transactions on Baji. We advise you to read this document thoroughly.
How Does KYC Work?
A full KYC verification is mandatory if a user:
- Accumulates lifetime deposits exceeding EUR 2000, or
- Requests to withdraw any amount from their personal account
To complete the verification, users must submit high-quality copies of the following documents:
- Government-Issued Photo ID (front and back if applicable)
- A selfie holding the ID
- A bank statement or utility bill for proof of address
The account is marked as “Temporarily Approved” upon submission. After reviewing papers within a day, our KYC Team sends the user an email with one of the following results:
- Approved: Complete access to the platform is given
- Rejected: The user needs to send in legitimate papers again
- More Information Needed: Until further information is supplied, the status stays the same
Limitations During “Temporarily Approved” Status:
- Users can access the platform normally
- Deposits are limited to a EUR 500 aggregate total
- Withdrawals are not allowed until full approval
